Slater Barr\, President of the Sioux Falls Development Foundation\, will be sharing these visions with the HBASE membership at the January 28 General Membership Meeting. Numerous organizations\, including the Chamber of Commerce and city and county governments\, are partnering on the program. The analysis of Sioux Falls will consist of three elements: people\, prosperity and place.
