DESCRIPTION:By request from the council\, Jodi Schwan\, founder of SiouxFalls.Business\, will be our main speaker this month. She'll bring us up to speed on the latest business happenings in our region. Who's coming\, who's going\, who's building and who's growing.... her inside journalism advantage allows her to be in the know when it comes to local businesses. \n\n\n\nWe'll also hear briefly from Chellee Unruh\, City of Sioux Falls' Housing Manager\, about their need for contractors  for the city's rehabilitation program that offers financial resources to homeowners to assist them in making necessary repairs that are beyond their financial capacity. The city will pay the contractor directly for the repair work after passing inspections. The City's Housing Division would like to work with the HBA to develop a list of licensed contractors willing to do the rehabilitation work and provide fair and equitable bids to clients of the City's Rehab programs.
