Cancelation Policy:
Any registrations received after the registration deadline, “walk-ins” or “no shows” that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the event (by Tuesday, January 23 at 11:00AM) will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the HBASE for that reservation ($25/person).
