Cancelation Policy:
Any registrations received after the registration deadline, walk-ins or no shows that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the event (by Monday, January 18th at 5:00pm) will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the Association for that reservation ($30/person).

Creating an exceptional experience for your customers will create raving fans and more referrals. As part of this session, we will talk about what customer expectations are and how you can provide Professional, High Quality Service, and Assistance, Before, During and After Requirements are Met.
