Tamien Dysart is the Co-founder and CEO of Think 3D Solutions. He will be diving into the topic of Culture is Currency, building intentional cultures - personal, professional, and potential. Defining and creating firm expectations of our culture. Emphasizing that leading others, starts with leading ourselves. Personal growth, confidence, skills, and relationships are key to being successful leaders. Great cultures and great leaders are built and require time and repetition to become so. Accountability is important, measuring your work, your wins and developing a system by which to evaluate and improve your culture is key to making it stick.
