Description
Butch Warrington, Chief Building Official for the City of Sioux Falls will be the guest speaker at the Remodeling Council's June 28 meeting.
Butch will be discussing with the group the most common issues and errors seen by inspectors for remodeling projects around town. Butch will also discuss how a new codes effects remodeling projects, such as a new electrical code requirements, and how new proposed energy efficiency requirements at the federal level may impact remodeling and other building projects in the future.
