Marlys Fisher with AMERI/STAR Real Estate, Inc. will share the ins and outs of real estate as it relates to remodeling. Which remodeled rooms offer the best return on investment? There may be some different variables you'll want to consider when thinking about this question. She'll also touch on some real estate trends and requests she's hearing from recent clients.
