Builder $ 600

Builder members are members that are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders, remodelers and land developers. Builder members must provide a copy of their Sioux Falls contractors license or a South Dakota excise tax certificate.

Associate $ 600

Associate members provide products or services to home builders. They sell lumber, windows, appliances, etc. or offer services such as mortgage financing, marketing, bookkeeping, etc. The industry isn't complete without the help from the Associate members.

New Member - Young Professional - Builder Member $ 75

Young Professioanl Builder Members are new members to the Home Builders Associaton that are under the age of 45 and are directly involved in building homes. Affiliate Member $50 one time

Affiliate members are employees of existing Associate or Builder members. This optional membership level was designed to allow employees of current members the opportunity to reap the benefits at a fraction of the cost of a full membership. Affiliates get their contact information published on our website and in the annual membership directory plus they also receive the digital newsletter and have access to NAHB discounts as well.
